What is Cruise.do?
Cruise.do is an independent app for before and during your cruise. Cove, your cruise companion, helps you compare options, find things to do on board, and plan time in port. Save answers and plans to use throughout your trip, including without an internet connection.
Will the app work with my cruise line?
Cruise.do brings together ship information across 13 cruise lines, including Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, MSC, Celebrity, Princess, Disney, and Virgin Voyages. Search your ship above, then confirm your departure and available features in the app. Guides and maps vary by ship and port.
Can I start using it once I’m on board?
Yes. Add your ship and sailing before you leave or during your cruise. You’ll need internet for new answers and downloads. Once saved, your plans, conversations, and completed map downloads are available offline.
What can I do without Wi-Fi?
Read saved conversations, use your plans and favorites, and open maps you’ve finished downloading. You can also edit plans and draft questions. Connect again for new answers, fresh forecasts, or external websites. Save your essentials and check that downloads are complete before leaving Wi-Fi.
Do I have to buy a cruise pass?
No. Cove Lite gives you five questions a day for your sailing, plus your itinerary, plans, favorites, and available maps. With a cruise pass, you can ask as much as you need for that sailing — fair use applies. You can keep using the free version.
Is this another subscription?
No. A cruise pass is a single payment tied to one sailing, from planning through disembarkation day. It doesn’t renew. A future cruise has its own optional pass.
Can my travel party share one pass?
Yes. The price depends on how many people it covers, including you: Solo (1 person), Duo (2), Family (up to 4), or Group (up to 8). Each person uses their own account. Adding people later? Pay only the difference to the next tier.
Do I still need my cruise line’s app?
Yes. Keep your cruise line’s app for check-in, official schedules, bookings, and onboard notices. Cove is your independent companion for questions, ideas, and personal plans. Follow your cruise line and crew for official information.
